Accessibility Policy

This page explains how Lontly approaches accessibility and how to report an issue.
1.Our commitment
Lontly is built for small-business owners of every background and ability. We want the platform — and the websites you publish with it — to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technology.
2.What we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target: sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-operable controls, meaningful labels and alt text, and content that works with screen readers.
Accessibility is ongoing rather than a one-time box to tick — we review it as we ship new features.
3.The sites you build
Our templates are designed with accessible defaults. Because you can edit your content, some choices — such as the wording of your links or the images you upload — affect your own site's accessibility. We provide guidance in the editor to help.
4.Reporting a problem
If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on Lontly, please tell us — it helps us fix it. Email hello@lontly.com or reach us on WhatsApp at +234 916 045 6221, and describe the page and the difficulty you ran into.
