Terms of Service
Last updated 17 June 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They govern your use of Lontly and the websites you create with it.
1.Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or purchasing a website through Lontly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2.The service
Lontly lets you choose a template, fill in a single form, and publish a designer-grade website. We provide hosting, a custom domain, and the underlying code for your site.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe on the rights of others.
3.Payment and ownership
Our websites are offered as a one-time payment. Once payment is confirmed, your site is built and published, and you own the code and content of your site.
Domain registration and any optional add-ons may be subject to their own pricing and renewal terms, which will be made clear at the point of purchase.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including publishing content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that distributes malware.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any site that violates these terms or applicable law.
5.Intellectual property
The content you create remains yours. The templates, platform, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a website grants you a licence to use the delivered template and code for your own business.
6.Service availability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or update the service from time to time.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lontly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
