This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Lontly offers refunds and how to request one.

1.Our commitment

We want you to be happy with your website. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one from Lontly.

2.Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if your website has not yet been published.

Once your site has been built and published, the work has been delivered and the purchase is generally non-refundable.

3.Non-refundable items

Lontly does not sell or register domains — you connect a domain you already own. Any fees you pay your own domain registrar are between you and that registrar.

Add-ons and services that have already been delivered or substantially performed are not eligible for a refund.

4.How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@lontly.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5.How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

6.Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
